Or if you require a return authorization, you may fill out the form to the left and submit the detailed information regarding the equipment that you will be sending in for a repair estimate and we will e-mail a confirmation with a return materials authorization number (RMA#). Please include a contact name, phone & fax number or e-mail address and return shipping address when sending for repair. We will contact you immediately with the repair cost after evaluation and also advise if the equipment is beyond economical repair. When sending items for repair, please package properly to avoid further damage in shipment.
* Branson products warranty repairs must include a copy of the original invoice with ultrasonic cleaner.
* Branson Warranty repairs on Bransonics are covered for parts and labor for 1-Years from date of purchase.
* Branson Warranty repairs on Industrial Tanks and Generators are covered for parts and labor for 1-Year from date of purchase.
* We service and repair most all brands of ultrasonic cleaners, bench top, 2-piece industrial systems and other equipment.
* All standard repairs are guarantied for 90 days on parts & labor on all work performed.
* We will give you an honest evaluation of your equipment and notify you within 2 - 3 days of receiving, with an estimate and total cost for the needed repairs. If the equipment sent for an estimate is beyond economical repair we can provide new and used equipment price quotations.
